hhsuite-data software package provides sensitive protein sequence searching based on HMM-HMM alignment (data), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hhsuite-data
hhsuite-data is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hhsuite-data package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hhsuite-data *
You will get with hhsuite-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
